## Senior Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) ConsultantApply: US - DC, Washington: Full time: Posted Today: 45291**Job Family:**Financial Management (FIN)**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)**What You Will Do:*** Lead PPBE support activities across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution phases for Special Access Programs.* Provide senior-level client support, assisting with SAP resource allocation, prioritization, budget formulation, and execution documentation.* Support client meeting preparation, execution, and documentation, including SAP business and financial conference support.* Provide POM, PBR, and PB support, including preparing information and decision briefs, responding to Resource Management Decisions, and maintaining financial data accuracy.* Support client acquisition management staff across the acquisition lifecycle for SAP portfolios.* Assist with Budget Formulation Software Acceptance Testing and verify user acceptance requirements.* Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and reports; summarize information for senior decision-makers.* Relate organizational needs and accomplishments to anticipated or actual budget figures.* Provide integration support to client governance processes and SAP oversight structures.**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility* Bachelor’s degree* FIVE (5) or more years of experience in DoD Budget, including PPBE processes. Experience must include: + FOUR (4) years Project Management experience **What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners* Hands-on experience preparing POM/PBR/PB documentation or SAP congressional justification materials.* Background in acquisition policy or SAP acquisition lifecycle support under DoD 5000-series frameworks.* Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision.The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00.
