Job summary

Kearney & Company seeks a PPBE Integration SME to join our growing firm in a senior analytical capacity. You will support Comptroller leadership with data-driven analyses, create executive materials, and produce decision-ready reports across DoD audiences.

Required are a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, an active Secret clearance, and deep PPBE knowledge. Expect a competitive salary and a benefits package reflecting engagement with senior government leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus at least 10 years of relevant experience; an additional six years may substitute for the Master’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience supporting DoD programs, with 3 years in DoD financial management or related analytical activities.
• Active Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Extensive knowledge of the PPBE process and related budget formulation and Congressional processes.
• Strong DoD budgeting and fiscal-management understanding for exhibits, justification materials, and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level analytical and integration support using data-driven methods for Comptroller leadership.
• Develop ad hoc analyses, reports, briefings, and other communication products for DoD audiences including Congress.
• Prepare executive briefing books, President’s Budget presentations, and other senior leadership materials.
• Connect budget programming, execution, accounting, and legislative activities to support decisions.
• Ensure analytical products are accurate, coherent, and professionally presented with high-quality visuals.
