Guidehouse is seeking a financial management professional with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead PPBE support for SAP programs in a DoD environment. You will allocate resources, prioritize budgets, and prepare briefings for senior leaders.

The role requires 5+ years of DoD budget experience, including PPBE, and 4+ years in project management, with extensive SAP lifecycle support. Washington, DC area; on-site role with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of DoD Budget experience including PPBE processes; 4+ years in Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead PPBE support activities across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for SAP programs.
• Provide senior-level client support for SAP resource allocation, prioritization, budget formulation, and execution documentation.
• Support client meeting preparation and documentation for SAP business and financial conferences.
• Support POM, PBR, and PB activities, including briefs and responding to Resource Management Decisions.
• Assist with Budget Formulation Software Acceptance Testing and verify user acceptance requirements.
• Extract budget and program data from accounting records and summarize for senior decision-makers.
• Relate organizational needs to budget figures and provide integration support to SAP governance.
