What You Will Do:
- Provide oversight and senior support for client Business & Management functions across Special Access Program (SAP) portfolios.
- Deliver SAP Improvement and Integration Support, including integration of SAP processes and information across programs and organizations.
- Support business & organizational improvements for SAP Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) processes, including requirements generation, prioritization, and development of analytic tools.
- Support improvements of DoD acquisition processes and SAP financial management oversight, including developing analytic tools.
- Provide senior-level oversight of Knowledge Management Implementation Planning to retain organizational experience and maintain consistent SAP processes.
- Deliver on-the-job training and create required materials for SAP management, business, financial, and operational processes.
- Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and reports; compile and summarize for leadership use.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAM (SAP) eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree
- FIVE (5) years of experience working in SAP environments, including SAP organizational structure, Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE), Acquisition, and Financial Management processes.
- Experience must include: Experience supporting DoD Acquisition and Financial Management Oversight activities.
- FOUR (4) years Project Management experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with SAP knowledge management tools.
- Experience integrating SAP processes across the Federal government.
- Background in developing non-materiel (process-first) improvement solutions such as Lean Six Sigma, workflow optimization, or analytic tool development.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across agencies.
The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00.
