• Analyze, develop, advise and present recommendations on PPBE process phases.
• Support development of budgets, program reviews and execution activities.
• Document assessment findings with justification and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with audit readiness guidelines and official directives.
• Manage funds across O&M, RDT&E and procurement; monitor obligations/expenditures.
