Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking an analyst to provide hands-on support across the PPBE cycle. The role involves independently analyzing budget data, developing detailed financial documentation, and supporting program managers with budget reviews to ensure fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities include preparing budget exhibits, cost analyses of contractor proposals, and drafting funding documents, with a TS/SCI clearance required and 3–10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required
• 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Demonstrated experience with the DoW or other government agency PPBE process
• Experience with budget formulation and development of program and budget documentation (IPBS/CBJB)
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and financial tools

Responsibilities

• Independently gather, maintain, review, and analyze program and budget data and requirements.
• Support development and publication of detailed budget exhibits (IPBS/CBJB).
• Analyze complex budget data to identify trends and report on financial health.
• Assist in development of government budget submissions (POM, BES) with data collection and drafting narratives.
• Manage and track program budget execution, monitor funds, analyze obligations, and prepare performance reports.
• Perform independent cost analysis of contractor proposals and financial deliverables to support negotiations.
• Analyze CCDRs and monitor performance against the program baseline.
• Prepare draft funding documents (e.g., MIPRs) for government review.
