Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Programming Planning Budgeting Execution Analyst to support the US Space Force in developing and deploying warfighter capabilities.

You will develop, manage, and execute financial plans, POM inputs, budget execution, and congressional taskers, coordinating with Program Managers and system engineers. The role requires extensive DoD PPBE/PPBS experience, strong budgeting skills, and an in-scope security background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with extensive DoD PPBE/PPBS experience.
• Strong acquisition and program management experience, especially in satellite acquisitions on DoD programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial plans, execution reviews, and POM inputs for DoD programs.
• Coordinate budgetary estimates and financial status reports with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage contract actions from RFP through award and execution.
• Plan acquisition strategies for various projects from tech developments to Programs of Record.
• Prepare and present budget queries and briefings to leadership.
