Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking an experienced analyst to provide hands-on support across the full PPBE cycle. You will analyze budget data, develop comprehensive documentation, and support program reviews to ensure fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities include drafting budget exhibits, monitoring funds, and performing cost analyses to inform government decisions. A TS/SCI clearance and 3–10 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience with the DoW PPBE process.
• Budget formulation and documentation experience (IPBS/CBJB).
• Experience with agency budgets and financial reporting for government programs.

Responsibilities

• Independently gathering, maintaining, reviewing, and analyzing program and budget data and requirements.
• Supporting the development and publication of detailed budget exhibits for IPBS/CBJB and IPBR/CJB.
• Analyzing budget and execution data to identify trends and report on financial health.
• Assisting with government budget submissions (e.g., POM, BES) with data and narratives.
• Managing and tracking program budget execution and producing financial performance reports.
• Conducting independent cost analyses of contractor proposals and financial deliverables.
