Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a PPBE Business Analyst to support the Navy Secretariat Comptroller and Resource Directorate (SCRD) with budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with federal stakeholders as a budget analyst and program activity liaison, ensuring funding requirements are met and financial objectives are achieved.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, DoD budgeting experience, PPBE expertise, PBIS and Navy ERP

This individual will work closely with federal stakeholders as a budget analyst and program activity liaison, helping manage funding requirements and ensure financial objectives are met.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Previous experience supporting Navy or DoD budgeting/financial management
• Hands-on experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Proficiency with PBIS (Program Budget Information System)
• Proficiency with Navy ERP, including funds control and financial management
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
