You will manage budgets, resources, risks, decisions, and communications throughout the lifecycle, influencing powertrain strategy and program success.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration skills, with travel 10-25% and a starting Minnesota pay range of $97,000 to $128,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of program leadership or engineering project leadership experience.
• Strong technical background translating vehicle attributes into actionable project definitions.
• Experience managing project requirements, resources, budgets, risks, and schedules.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead powertrain projects from concept through manufacturing and product release.
• Establish, document, and communicate clear project requirements at program start.
• Lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives to deliver results.
• Develop and oversee execution plans, monitor progress, identify risks.
• Coordinate resources across Powertrain and product group sites.
• Partner with stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues.
