Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced engineer for the V6 engine durability test group in the power unit division. You will test, support design, and bring powertrain components into vehicles to meet reliability and regulatory targets.

The role requires leading teams, planning tests, analyzing data, and delivering defined engineering assignments with minimal guidance. Onsite work with the possibility of one remote day per week may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong computer skills and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to drive and evaluate vehicles dynamically.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Test and support design of powertrain components to meet requirements.
• Plan and execute tests and simulations, analyze results, propose changes.
• Prepare documentation for development progress.
• Collaborate within project management plans and timelines.
