Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, technical analysis, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with NM Project, FTA, and engineering theory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform powertrain testing and analyze results, ensuring test conditions and guidelines.
• Collect data and evaluate results, summarize testing for management.
• Lead complex problem solving analyses and report creation.
• Create and maintain activity plans and schedules for design and market issues.
• Mentor entry level or new associates to develop Honda knowledge.
