WSP is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Power Constructors sector in the Texas Region. This role supports remote work within the region and requires travel to client offices for periodic meetings.

You will provide strategic leadership on major power delivery programs and mentor senior professionals across projects. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of post‑education experience in construction management, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven success delivering large programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of post-education experience in construction management.
• Experience leading large, complex power delivery construction programs.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on major power delivery projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with client management.
• Review EPC proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Ensure QA/QC plans align with program requirements.
• Mentor staff and develop construction execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
