The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, extensive experience in power systems, and strong communication skills. The expected annual salary range is $97,000 - $143,000 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical certification with four years of experience with power systems, or seven years of equivalent experience.
• Prior exposure to EESS training paths and safety certifications preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70E and OSHA practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical, safety, and power system trainings.
• Support training events including scheduling and material needs.
• Maintain and update curricula and classroom reference materials.
