Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in power systems studies consulting or related fields.
• Experience with utilities, grid operators, and industry groups.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead customer engagements.
• Strong knowledge of T&D planning and power systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead power systems studies and consulting engagements.
• Organize proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs.
• Manage complex projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans with objectives, budgets, schedules.
• Consult with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support forecasting, resource planning, and workflow management.
• Provide guidance to improve workflow and root-cause investigations.
