Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree with power systems emphasis; 7+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electric power systems and equipment operation and control.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient with PSLF, PSS/E, Power World and Python.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct load flow, transient stability and related studies using PSLF, PSS/E, and Power World.
• Lead projects with goals, budgets, schedules and resources; report status to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to customers with high quality.
• Develop, organize and analyze data; apply data mining/visualization for study results.
• Develop and test software tools to automate data analysis and improve data integrity.
• Land new business opportunities and lead proposals in response to RFPs.
