Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering (BSEE, MS/ME, or PhD).
• Minimum 7 years in power systems studies consulting or utility planning.
• Solid knowledge of power systems equipment operation and control.
• Experience with PSLF, PSS/E, and Power World is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct load flow, transient stability, and related studies using PSLF, PSS/E, and Power World.
• Lead projects to meet schedule and budget; develop goals, budgets, and resource plans.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to internal and external customers.
• Develop data for studies; apply data mining and visualization to ensure data integrity.
• Lead proposals in response to customer specifications and RFIs.
