Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in planning, design and operations for distribution lines and substations.
• Thorough knowledge of power system planning.
• PE license in CT, MA or NH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution planning studies and evaluate alternatives.
• Develop 2–5 year and 5+ year distribution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for long-range planning of PV, EV, and storage.
• Prepare contingency studies (N-1, N-2) and regulatory testimony.
• Prepare distribution-related documentation for regulatory filings.
• Present recommendations to management and represent the department on committees.
