Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a seasoned Power Systems Expert to lead a team focused on microgrid modeling, stability analysis, and grid integration solutions in North America. The role combines leadership (50%) with hands-on technical contributions (50%), with travel to local and international sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in appliances/electronics manufacturing, strong experience with NA power systems, and proficiency in major simulation tools.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Power Systems.
• Experience leading cross-regional projects.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Knowledge of North American electrical power systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of power systems experts and foster collaboration across regions.
• Coordinate with local and global teams to align objectives and leverage resources.
• Build and validate system models; perform stability, harmonics, and transient analyses.
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop testing and ensure quality of results.
• Develop capabilities in protection, distribution automation, and system interconnection.
