Delta Electronics Americas seeks an experienced power systems expert to lead modeling, analysis, and grid integration for microgrid projects in North America. The role combines leadership of a local team with hands‑on technical contributions and close coordination with global experts.

The candidate will work on advanced power electronics systems, HS system modeling tools, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop validation, traveling as needed to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Power Systems.
• Experience leading cross‑regional technical teams in North America.
• Experience with grid interconnection and microgrid projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead power systems modeling, stability, harmonic and transient analyses.
• Oversee hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing and validation of simulations.
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage knowledge and resources.
• Develop solutions for grid integration challenges in microgrids.
