Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers at a nuclear power facility. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and alignment with site and corporate objectives.

The position requires a bachelor’s in Engineering (or related science) and PE/SRO licensure with 5+ years' experience, including nuclear exposure. Expect to contribute to long-term programs and outage support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• PE licensure or SRO license preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering or related experience, including 1 year of nuclear power plant experience.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard familiarity requested.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide leadership for engineering functions at the station.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and aligned with site objectives.
• Direct engineering programs and high-quality results via staff and subordinates.
• Participate in budget, business planning, and performance reviews.
