Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage the electrical I&C and power systems engineering function across the station, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality technical outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership of engineers and coordination with corporate programs.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or PE/SRO credentials with nuclear power experience, and a proven ability to drive engineering excellence in a large-scale energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) or related science; PE license; or SRO license with 5 years engineering or related experience (incl. 1 year nuclear).
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard (Selection, Qualification, Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants).
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination/testing per position duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineers and oversee engineering function for station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and develop staff toward high-quality engineering results and programs with long- and short-term impact on operations.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs and initiatives for standardized engineering systems and processes.
