Job summary

Constellation Energy in the United States seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineering functions at an active site. You will manage engineers, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive high-quality results for short- and long-term programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering (or PE license) with nuclear power experience and has supervisory or managerial background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) OR related science OR PE/SRO license with 5 years engineering experience.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 knowledge or equivalent required.
• Unescorted access and medical exam as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers.
• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering leadership accountability for programs impacting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews for staff.
• Support NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering processes.
• Assist in outage activities and coverage as needed.
