Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the electrical I&C and power systems engineering function at our facility. You will guide engineering staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to long-term programs and outage support to maintain high-quality operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, PE or SRO licensing, and strong leadership and budgeting skills to align with corporate objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science is required.
• Maintain PE license or SRO license as applicable.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and safety compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering function and staff for site operations.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead short- and long-term engineering programs; support outages and emergency duties.
• Plan, budget, and review performance of engineering personnel within site and corporate goals.
