Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to expand our Renewable Energy practice in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead planning, analysis and execution of complex power system studies, acting as the technical lead for modeling and reporting.

Requirements include 10+ years managing electrical projects and a P.E. license, with strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and ANSI standards. You will mentor staff and collaboratively grow our power systems capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing electrical projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE and ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and execution of complex power system studies.
• Serve as technical lead for power system modeling and reporting.
• Develop and review study reports, relay settings, 1-line diagrams.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across offices.
• Support utility interconnection processes and grid modernization.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and engineering estimates.
