Kimley-Horn seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and expand our renewables practice in Colorado. You will drive business development, recruit and mentor a PV engineering team, and oversee electrical design for large PV and storage projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, project development, or related fields.
• Established industry network with a strong reputation for winning and delivering work.
• Expertise in renewables, PV system design, interconnection, and grid integration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to rapidly scale a technical team.
• Deep understanding of NEC, IEEE, UL, and permitting requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PE (Professional Engineer) registration preferred.

Responsibilities
