Job summary

You will mentor teams, influence proposals, and help grow client relationships while staying current with FERC, NERC, IEEE, and ISO/RTO requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in US/Canada power sector with senior leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in inverter-based resource modeling and grid integration.
- Experience with RMS/EMT modeling and model validation.
- Ability to present findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Authorized to work in US or Canada; visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex grid integration studies and modeling efforts.
- Present findings to utilities, regulators, and clients.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor engineers and support business development.
- Ensure technical quality and timely delivery.
