Qualifications

• Experience representing a company in industry standards organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for requirements gathering with customer engineering teams.
• Translate system-level power architectures into connector and cable requirements.
• Act as senior technical spokesperson to customers and leadership.
• Shape multi-year roadmap and investment decisions for connector/cable products.
• Develop specification frameworks and documentation standards for new design-ins.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across the technical team.
• Represent the company in industry standards bodies like OCP.
