Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
• 2+ years of professional experience as Electrical/Power Systems Engineer.
• 2+ years hands-on with SKM PowerTools, EasyPower, or ETAP.
• Experience performing arc flash, short circuit, load flow, or coordination studies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed power system models for industrial, transportation/rail, aerospace, manufacturing, and data center projects.
• Perform load flow and short circuit studies for new and existing systems.
• Develop and refine protective device coordination studies.
• Perform arc flash hazard calculations and mitigation recommendations.
• Support harmonic studies and other power quality analyses.
• Prepare detailed power system study reports and recommendations.
• Review studies for compliance with NFPA 70E, IEEE, NEC.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
