Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Power Lifeline sector in the Denver, CO area. You will lead large, multi-disciplinary Transmission and Substation projects, guiding them from initiation through close-out while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Requirements include 10+ years of PM experience (5+ years in power preferred) and relevant certifications. Travel to client sites and collaboration with senior leadership are expected as part of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, with 5 years in the power industry preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large Transmission and Substation projects from initiation to close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate matrixed teams and conduct project meetings and governance reviews.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans including risk mitigation.
