Thompson Gray Inc. in Newport News, VA seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and sustain a modern data analytics environment using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud tools.

The role focuses on automated ETL, data modeling, and advanced dashboards for POM analysis across FCC. The position involves collaborating with analysts, IT professionals, and DoD stakeholders to consolidate data sources, establish enterprise data models, and deliver defensible, decision-support

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• MA/MS in Data Science, CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data development or analytics.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and cloud-based data engineering.
• Strong data management, architecture, ETL, and dimensional modeling skills.
• Ability to document requirements and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead full application lifecycle from requirements to visualization.
• Design automated ETL pipelines from CProbe, GFEBS, IPPS-A to unified data models.
• Build Power Platform data models and Power BI dashboards for POM analysis.
• Automate data validation, scheduling, and governance for defensible submissions.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads and increase analytics capacity.
• Collaborate with FCC stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Create documentation for architecture, workflows, and sustainment procedures.
• Provide sustainment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for dashboards.
