Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and sustain a modern data-analytics environment for FCC using Power Platform and Azure cloud tools. The role emphasizes automated ETL, data modeling, dashboards, and defensible POM analysis within a NIPR network context.

On-site preferred in Newport News, VA with remote consideration; requires Secret clearance and US citizenship. Eligible for full‑time employment with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data development, cloud analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and data engineering practices.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and dashboards development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full application lifecycle from requirements to visualization.
• Design automated ETL pipelines from authoritative systems into a unified data model.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics tools for POM analysis.
• Establish data validation, scheduled refreshes, and repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into automated tools.
