Job summary

Thompson Gray is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and sustain a data-analytics environment for the Army Futures and Concepts Command (FCC). You will create automated ETL pipelines, enterprise data models, and Power BI dashboards supporting POM analyses across OMA, OPA, and RDT&E.

Remote consideration is possible; on-site preferred at Newport News, VA. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a Secret clearance eligibility, and expertise with Power

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance
• MA/MS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise data development, cloud architecture, or large-scale analytics
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure
• Strong data management, data architecture, ETL pipelines, and dimensional modeling knowledge
• Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with technical and business teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the full application lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Design and implement automated ETL pipelines from authoritative sources into a unified data model
• Build standardized Power Platform data models aligned with POM allocations
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics tools for POM analysis
• Automate data validation, scheduling, and repeatable workflows for defensible submissions
• Analyze current workflows and replace with automated processes to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with FCC stakeholders to translate data requirements into automated tools
• Produce architecture and sustainment documentation for long-term scalability
• Provide ongoing sustainment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
