Link Solutions, Inc. in Northern Virginia is seeking a Power Platform Developer to advance our Defense Health Agency support. You will design and deliver Power Platform solutions, dashboards, automations, and data models, collaborating with stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, ALM practices, and effective communication within an Agile team, with a focus on mission-critical healthcare data and compliant cloud-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Two+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience designing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Experience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and BI development.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Perform systems analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate and transform data from SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft 365, and other approved data sources.
• Develop and support Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps customizations following established standards and best practices.
• Design and implement automated workflows and business process improvements using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and collaboration solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services and approved third-party applications.
• Apply ALM best practices, including solution management, deployment pipelines, releases, and continuous improvement activities.
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, security, and consistency across reporting and automation solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members while supporting Agile development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
