Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Austin, TX seeks a Systems Analyst VI to lead Power Platform development efforts, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and governance of the Power Platform and SharePoint Online.

The role requires senior-level programming, strong requirements gathering, and oversight of a development team. The position is onsite in Austin with potential after-hours work and a focus on delivering multi-project roadmaps.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years IT experience with SharePoint and Power Platform.
Minimum 3 years Power Platform experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Perform senior-level programming and development for the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Oversee and gather business requirements for new systems and for applications and upgrades.
Oversee day-to-day activities of other development team members and establish standards and governance for Power Platform use.
Develop and maintain team roadmaps and support lifecycle management within the platform.
Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project backlog management.
