Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; may substitute with direct work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience developing applications with back-end development/integration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and cloud services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug applications; coordinate project instructions and end-user manuals.
• Provide technical support and analysis for programming activities; plan and coordinate programming projects.
• Participate in system design, production support, and enterprise interfaces across multiple applications.
• Assist in standards development for programming practices and ensure alignment with agency methods.
• Support production systems, investigate incidents, and contribute to timely resolution of issues.
