Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer at Arnold AFB, TN to lead MS Power Platform solutions across AEDC. You will design canvas and model-driven Power Apps, build Power BI dashboards, and automate workflows with Power Automate to improve maintenance metrics and KPI visibility.

Responsibilities include Dataverse configuration, data modeling, and security, plus collaborating with multiple teams to define requirements and deliver compliant, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Information Technology from an accredited college or university with 8 years of IT experience (or 12 years in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum two years' experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret-level security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract and security mandates.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate business processes.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into performance.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Configure Dataverse environments including data modeling and security roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across mission areas to deliver solutions meeting needs.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
