Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Digital Enterprise Analyst to lead data-centered projects at AEDC, Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will drive digital transformation, build interactive dashboards, and automate enterprise processes using Power Platform and related data tools.

The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and mission support teams to improve data transparency, efficiency, and modernization while ensuring security compliance and training across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years hands-on experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, Power BI development, or automated workflow design.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and secure access to the AEDC LAN.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for digital initiatives.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Prepare reports to track scope, resources, schedules, and accomplishments.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for digital solutions.
