Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Sr. Power Platform Developer to lead multidisciplinary teams at Arnold AFB, TN. You will design, build, and deploy Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and decision making across AEDC.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. Citizenship, and a strong background in Power Platform, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for mission success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent with 8 years IT experience.
Minimum two years' experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and access to the AEDC LAN.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal government contract and Air Force security mandates at AEDC.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate and improve business processes across multiple organizations at Arnold AFB.
Build interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI to provide insights into operational performance and KPIs.
Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to eliminate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
Configure and manage Dataverse environments, including data modeling and security roles.
