Job summary

CAC I International Inc is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions for the Defense Health Agency. You will lead low-code development, govern knowledge management, and deliver executive dashboards with actionable insights.

This role requires DoD familiarity, a Tier 3 Public Trust clearance, and IAT Level II certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with six+ years experience.
• US citizen and able to obtain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• Advanced Power Platform proficiency (Apps, Automate, Power BI).
• Strong data modeling, SQL, and Dataverse knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and management of Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee knowledge management, SOPs, content lifecycle governance.
• Develop Power BI dashboards with accurate, decision-ready insights.
• Track KPIs and report performance of automation systems.
• Provide training and staff support for Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with analysts, backend devs and stakeholders to define requirements.
