Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead multidisciplinary teams at Arnold AFB, TN. You will leverage Power Platform tools—Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse—to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and mission-critical decision making.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive Power Platform experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 8+ years IT experience or 12+ years without degree.
Minimum 2 years' experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse).
Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and access AEDC LAN.
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract and security mandates.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to automate business processes.
Build Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into performance and KPIs.
Create and manage automated workflows with Power Automate to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Configure and manage Dataverse environments, including data modeling and security roles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver mission-aligned solutions.
Contribute to governance efforts for Power Platform at AEDC; perform cost analyses and reporting.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other data sources.
Develop technical docs, user guides, and training materials.
