Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to support the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. You will design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, integrating with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

You’ll automate workflows, build dashboards, and ensure DoD security compliance. Active Secret Clearance is required, with on-site in Patuxent River preferred and remote options considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT architecture experience; DoW/DoN experience preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency with APIs, connectors, and system integration.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Strong requirements gathering, UI/UX design mindset, and clear communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multiple priorities.
• On-site in Patuxent River, MD preferred; remote opportunities considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Power Platform applications to meet mission requirements.
• Integrate apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
• Automate tasks and connect workflows to external systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for action-oriented insights.
• Connect data sources, model data, and visualize information for NAVAIR.
• Integrate with Teams, Office 365, and third-party tools.
• Use connectors, APIs, and IaC tools (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) for solutions.
• Adhere to DoW security policies including DISA STIGs and DoW cloud requirements.
• Implement RBAC/IAM and DoW CAC/KL integration; provide architectural guidance.
