Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Power Platform Developer and Innovation Specialist to modernize TSA document processes. You will design and build a document management architecture, automate workflows, and implement intake tools. Responsibilities include RBAC, AI-assisted summarization, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Candidates should have 7+ years’ experience and US citizenship. Role requires commuting to DC metro area up to 3x per week and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of professional experience in Power Platform / cloud automation.
• Experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate end-to-end.
• Strong SharePoint as a document repository with metadata and permissions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for routing and approvals.
• Automate document ingestion and summarize in SharePoint for knowledge mgmt.
• Design intake tools using Forms or Canvas Apps with guided workflows.
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data via connectors.
• Implement RBAC and security to protect documents and data.
• Leverage AI Builder / Copilot Azure AI for document summarization and task prediction.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for executive visibility and sprint metrics.
