Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on Techno-functional Analyst with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform to design, configure and develop custom Power Platform solutions. You will support and build on the MPP application, presenting to C-level management and boards as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development, ability to commute onsite, and up to 25% travel. Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Identify client requirements through discovery meetings across sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Deliver services and solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams.
• Provide hands-on technical design and development of Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct end-user training and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; deliver data visualizations.
• Maintain high-quality, bug-free development per coding standards in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and report status.
• Stay current on Power Platform updates and roadmap features.

The candidate will take an active role in supporting and building on the MPP application. The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or the board of directors.
