Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to combine business analysis with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise. You will independently lead requirements gathering, translate objectives into actionable designs, configure D365 solutions, and manage functional workstreams in a client-facing delivery environment.

You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, apply AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes, support client adoption, and ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, software implementation, digital transformation, or related technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Availability to work Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Configuring Microsoft D365 and Power Platform functionality to implement forms, entities, views, relationships, business rules, and workflows.
• Serve as the functional liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement, automation, and AI applications.
• Develop and execute functional testing, support UAT, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Manage assigned functional workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications.
• Use approved AI tools throughout project delivery to improve quality, speed, and effectiveness.
