Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant in the United States. You will combine business analysis with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to design and implement AI-first automation solutions for clients.

As part of Crowe's Enterprise Innovation & Automation team, you will lead requirements, translate business needs into solution requirements, and manage functional workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Availability to work Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions.
• Translate objectives into user stories, requirements, and process flows.
• Configure D365/Power Platform to implement forms, entities, views, relationships, and workflows.
• Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Develop and execute functional testing and support UAT.
• Manage functional workstreams, timelines, risks, and communications.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Support client adoption through demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer.
