Qualifications

• Gather and document client business processes and data requirements under senior guidance.
• Apply basic configuration within Power Platform and implement standard templates.
• Support testing and validate data flow, forms, and simple automation.
• Adhere to firm standards for storing user stories, specs, and configuration changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with issue resolution focus.
• Clear verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate across diverse teams and geographies to achieve goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and upskill.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms.
• Introductory experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint/Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Excel or basic SQL for data analysis.
• PL-900 knowledge or interest is a plus.
