Job summary

Crowe is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead client discovery sessions and translate business objectives into actionable user stories, functional requirements, processes, and solution designs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, software implementation, digital transformation, or related technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Availability to work Pacific Time.
• Microsoft D365, Power Platform, or AI certifications preferred.
• Public-sector, government, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software-delivery environments preferred.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior staff preferred.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, requirements, and solution design sessions
• Translate business objectives into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionality, including forms, entities, views, relationships, business rules, and workflows
• Serve as the functional liaison between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation, and AI applications
• Develop and execute functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing
• Manage functional workstreams, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and project communications
• Use approved AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing
• Support client adoption through demonstrations, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation
• Collaborate across Crowe and client cross-functional teams
• Contribute to account strategy, delivery excellence, trusted client partnerships, reusable practice knowledge, and junior staff development
