Guidehouse seeks a Power Platform Developer and Innovation Specialist to support a federal TSA modernization program focused on Document Process Automation. You will design the document management architecture, automate processes, and build workflows using Power Platform components.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience, US citizenship, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Local DC Metro commuting 3x/week is expected; collaboration with stakeholders in an agile environment is

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience
• US Citizenship is required
• US equivalent Bachelor’s degree required
• Local to the DC Metro area with 3x weekly commuting to Guidehouse or client location
• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate end-to-end
• Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository with metadata, libraries, and permissions
• Familiarity with Forms and its integration with Power Automate for intake and routing

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven task identification, routing, and approvals
• Automate document detection, ingestion, and summarization into SharePoint
• Design and configure SharePoint as centralized repository for documents and meeting records
• Create Canvas Apps and Forms-based intake tools and enable intuitive UI/UX for executives
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources
• Implement RBAC and security at table level
• Configure AI Builder/Copilot Studio/Azure AI for predictive task modeling and summarization
• Support Power BI dashboards for executive visibility and sprint metrics
• Modernize front-office processes through targeted automation
• Participate in agile ceremonies and translate requirements into sprint-ready tasks
