Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Power Platform & Automation Solutions Consultant to support a federal DOW client in modernizing front-office operations. Responsibilities include building Power Automate workflows, automating document ingestion into SharePoint, and developing Canvas Apps connected to Dataverse and SharePoint.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work on-site up to four days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SIX (6) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of TWO (2) years delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Active SECRET clearance and US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Power Automate end-to-end.
• Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms integration with Power Automate.
• Ability to deliver in an agile sprint model and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven task identification, action item routing, multi-step approvals, and exception handling.
• Automate document detection, ingestion, and summarization into SharePoint for centralized knowledge management.
• Design and configure SharePoint as a centralized repository for documents, meeting records, briefs, and institutional knowledge.
• Develop Canvas Apps for intake, routing, and guided workflows with embedded automation.
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party data sources via connectors and custom APIs.
• Implement RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions; configure AI capabilities for predictive modeling and summarization.
• Support Power BI dashboards integration for executive visibility; participate in agile sprint ceremonies.
